Enquiries

If you submit the contact form, your name, email, organisation if provided, selected topic and message are sent to xIntegra to respond to the enquiry. Pre-contractual enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; general business and cooperation enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in responding. Providing information is voluntary, but a name, valid email and message are needed for a form enquiry.

Calculators

Calculator inputs are processed locally in your browser and are not sent with the contact form automatically. There are no accounts, behavioural profiles or automated decisions about you.

Technical processing and recipients

The website is hosted by Hostinger. Enquiries sent to office@xintegra.at are received and handled using Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online). These providers process technical access data and/or enquiry data to deliver the relevant services. Technical request and security logs may be processed for secure operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The enquiry endpoint uses short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit abuse; it does not write message content into its rate-limit records. We do not sell your data.

Processing by these providers and their subprocessors may involve countries outside the European Economic Area. Their data-processing terms describe the applicable transfer safeguards, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable: Hostinger data-processing addendum and Microsoft data-protection addendum. Retention and rights

Enquiry data is retained as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal retention duties. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact office@xintegra.at. You may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.

Cookies and external links

The website uses no advertising or analytics scripts, external font services or browser storage for calculator values. The Google Maps view on the contact page loads only after you choose “Load Google Maps”; no connection to Google is made by the map beforehand. Loading it sends technical data, including your IP address, to Google, which may use cookies or other storage under its own privacy policy. You can remove the embedded view with “Hide map”; data already transmitted and any Google cookies are not deleted by this action. Your choice is not stored between page visits.
