Leadership
Vjekoslav Bonić
Managing Director · More than 25 years of experience across technology, banking and transformation. Since 2025, focused on origination in renewables, BESS and data centers.
Vjekoslav brings senior and executive leadership experience from Raiffeisen Bank International, following earlier roles at Erste Group Bank. His senior and executive responsibilities have spanned IT delivery for finance and analytics, advanced analytics and AI, and digital channels and conversational AI.
Financial and regulatory discipline
Experience in finance and regulatory programmes, including IFRS 9, FINREP and Basel II, with a focus on reliable data, governance and accountable delivery.
Energy & infrastructure origination
European project sourcing, investor matching and transaction preparation for utility-scale PV, wind, standalone BESS, PV+BESS hybrids and data centers. Our sister company Bura Energy brings the origination and transaction perspective, including project qualification and preparation for due diligence.
